Carolien Laro has designed Spring wood, seating furniture in solid wood. The products are stiff and severe in its expression but gives a whole different feel to it when you sit on it. The designer wanted to make the wood as flexible as possible in itself.
After finishing Spring wood she came up with another idea. A spin off of the stool, Restless legs. When you sit on it, the legs gently spread and the seat-height ‘collapses’ a little bit. When you move your weight, the legs move too which brought the name to the stool.
