The Denim Couture Collection is a joint project of London-based Papillon Design and Danish Innovation Randers. The collection includes both limited edition couture pieces as well as commercial items. It will be presented at the imm cologne fair 2011.
Papillon Design has been working with denim for the last three years, combining this timeless fabric with exclusive materials like leather skins, crystals and jewellery.
To make the Papillon concept more accessible to our key customers, we invented 'Serial Unique', where the end user can get his or her favourite pair of jeans integrated in a mass producted denim cover or a beanbag.
The beanbag is actually called JeanBag and is simply a beanbag made of jeans. You can even get one made of your own pair of favourite jeans.
