With Scandinavian feeling and a high level of design, Scandic Berlin opens the door to a new and exciting era of the company’s history.
In the center of Berlin, at Potsdamer Platz, the hotel stands ready, drawn by Bronwynn Welsh and Alexandra Wachtmeister at DOOS Arkiteker. The plan was to create something new in Berlin, a Scandinavian oasis. The resuly was a hotel with a whole new feeling. The rooms give the impression of walking into someone´s home.
The restaurant has a feeling of summer with birds singing while the bar at the terrace with its grand view of the city invites to a big city feeling.
