For its fifth anniversary, the Design September festival will host the designers weekend. This event presents the international brands that are on the Belgian market in the showrooms of agents and importers and in the emblematic design shops of Brussels.
There will be more than 60 cultural events concerning design. Furniture, objects, industrial products, graphic design, architecture: the spectrum of applications of this industrial discipline is enormous. And it affects a wide public.
For the sixth consecutive year, a host of associations, institutions and other independent organisations have tuned their violins together to offer, between 8 and 30 September 2011, a rich and varied programme: exhibitions, conferences, private showings, film viewings, tours of studios of designers,
flea market, urban circuits, pecha kucha... In addition, this year, Design September is reviving a vintage route which will bring together the most active Brussels antique dealers.
