The garden is not just part of the home: it's a domestic space to be experienced, where the sensations that nature offers us acquire intensity unknown inside domestic walls. With its passion for innovation and attention for open air spaces, Serralunga transforms avant-garde furnishing objects designed for outdoors into real design icons. The research is inspired by and developed around the concept of “Living Different”, where a taste for innovation and creativity are never banal.
Designer Philippe Nigro has designed the Canisse chair that is an open-air refuge in which large cushions invite you to rest. He has developed this chair with an extremely naturalistic vision, as a fence made of a collection of sticks joined together, to become a range of sofas and armchairs that enhance any environment they furnish. Rotational moulding technology did the rest, contributing to creating an illusion of a fusion between these sticks, which sometimes separate so you can glimpse through them, in harmony with the Living Different spirit of Serralunga.
Designer Rodolfo Dordoni has designed the Ming Extra High vase. This oversized version of Ming is a testimony to how a striking appearance combined with clean, elegant lines can fit perfectly into open spaces in the same way as interiors and enrich them.
