Candelabras made by design duo

Philippe Starck and Ambroise Maggiar have together worked out these candelabras. Abbracciaio is an aluminum casting of two shaped, joined together in an embrace. The candelabra Finally Alone is also a fruit of the collaborative effort. The candle floats in a vase, and while the candle is burning down it is slowly pushed up by the water pressure. The flame is always at the same height, all according to the law of Archimedes.
