Flexible Bamboo is a stool in Bamboo, designed by Sky Hsu at Grass Studio. The entire chair is recyclable, due to the use of environmental-friendly laminate bamboo.
- I want to promote green craft, to design products that are friendly to our environment. I want the users to be able to appreciate bamboo’s smooth quality and its excellent flexibility. I also thought about how to improve the time-consuming and labor-intensive process. As a result, I replaced part of the hand-made process with machine so that the product can be mass-produced without losing the spirit of craft, Sky Hsu says in a statement.
