- I'm crazy about rugs and I've spent weeks with rug sellers in Turkey. With this year's collection the abmition has been to combine the oriental Kelim with the Nordic rag rug - I wanted to mix craft traditions. The coors are warm with a strong foundation in kelim rugs. The patterns are simple and stringent, according to the Nordic rag rug tradition. The goal has been to create a rug that suits a contemporary home, Lisbet Friis says in a statement.
