In Hamburg, Germany, Ippolito Fleitz Group have designed the first of Waku Waku Dammtor's restaurants. They relaunched themselves as an organic food store. "Organic" and "sustainable" remain the clear focus of all communication.
The open facade provides an unrestricted view into the restaurant, which is almost entirely encased in solid wood paneling. On on side there's shelves from floor to ceiling. A long central counter and parallel niches proves seating spots and rough wooden surfaces contrast with the intricate wall sketches created by Chris Rehberger.
