David Guerra Architecture has designed a 350 square meter large apartment in Belvedere, Belo Horizonte, Brazil. It combines the cozy aspect of a country house and the urban and practical style of the big city. The house is renovated so it can commodate a family with two children. The balcony became a bar and a small fireplace became the major element of the living room wall. The sofa in the living room comes from JRJ, the leather armchair from Minotti, as well as the low tables. The entire floor of the apartment, except the wet areas, was replaced by wide mahogany planks.
