In 2009, Axo Light launched its first collection of lamps especially designed for the public sector; Lightecture of AXO Light. Skirt is the latest addition to the now six collections strong series.

Skirt includes table, wall, floor and two different kinds of cieiling lamps. The shades are made from a patented, fireproof fabric. Skirt comes in a wide variety of coulors, ranging from fuschia over dark brown to pale green. The standard version has one layer of fabric, while a more spectacular kind of shade has double layers of fabric. The colored fabric of the shade is hidden under a delicate, black mesh.

These images of Skirt are taken at the Artemis Cafe in Peseux, Switzerland. Skirt in many differnet colors make for eye-catching decoration in the rather stiff and stylish restaurant, while creating an illuminated and lively atmosphere. Olivier Piorico has done the interior of Artemis Cafe.
