The family Bijoux consists of four products, all made from traditional ceramic with delicate coloured contrasts of opaque enamels with a gold finish, together with beautiful borosilicated hand blown glass volumes. The pieces are two different types of cake plates, a money box and a smaller container for other keepsakes. The original and elaborate designs of the Bijoux makes them to little pieces of art in their own right.
Kiki van Eijk was born in 1978 and graduated Cum Laude in 2000 from Design Academy Eindhoven and is most well-known for her “Kiki Carpet”. Bijoux is her first collection of contents for Secondome Edizioni.
