It was while working on a new hotel in Marrakech that Noé Duchaufour-Lawrance came up with an idea for a new type of seating object. Together with Ligne Roset, he developed Ottoman, a round and soft arm chair or sofa with oriental overtones. The design is clearly contemporary, modern, and the object gets its character by a series of seams and stitching. The pastel blue variant underlines the comfiness of the Ottoman, while the warm yellow bear witness of the Moroccan inspiration.
