The Dock Kitchen is located in the old Virgin recording studio complex in Portobello Docks next to the Grand Union Canal in London. The restaurant has an ongoing collaboration with the adjacent Tom Dixon design studio. The studio provides a constantly evolving backdrop and a steady stream of innovative changes to the Dock Kitchen, and also made the whole interior when it opened back in 2009.
