Object Rotterdam returns

From 4 - 7 February 2010 the old Cruise Terminal building of the Holland America line will again be the stage for Art Rotterdam. In eleven years time Art Rotterdam has developed into the most
innovative and trendsetting international art fair of The Netherlands. And for the second time, Object Rotterdam will be the official side fair of Art Rotterdam and will be held, simultaneous with the art fair, in the Las Palmas building opposite to Art Rotterdam. Object Rotterdam is the international fair for ‘autonomous design’ and the first fair in the world that
focuses exclusively on the most current developments within autonomous design.

In 2009, 22 international and Dutch participants exhibited at Object Rotterdam, amongst them were galleries, museums, design/art institutions and design labels. Object Rotterdam is a growing event and for the 2010 edition, new participants are still being added to the list. Among the returning participants from last year are Thomas Eyck, Gallery Carla Koch, Priveekollektie, Contemporary art, Terra Delft, Vivid Gallery and the Zuiderzeemuseum. New for 2010 are D&ALab, Gallery Rabih Hage and Total Table Design.
