Corto Maltese furniture collection by Capo d’Opera was born with an aesthetic vision to stir up poetic emotions.
The original sketches by the famous Italian illustrator Hugo Pratt, portraying the adventures of charming wanderer seaman Corto Maltese, are interpreted by designers Manuela Pelizzon and Silvano Pierdonà and drew on bookcases, cabinets and wardrobes.
The San Marco collection is inspired particularly by Venetian adventures of Corto, drawn in the Seventies, with woodcuts both on doors and inside drawers and shelves: drawings and words of the original comics.
