Complex but easy

OnSite furniture projects are created by Sebastien Wierinck. The technical aspects of the product are really particular: It's a mass construction product that can easily be find in different colours and sizes, it's strong and flexible, made of plastic (polyethylene - with the waste of plastic bottles) and produced by an continuous extrusion technique. All this offers the designer new solutions for designing and producing objects. When combining the use of this particular material with a mainly digital design and production process, CAD/CAM or computer aided design and manufacturing techniques, it makes it easy to produce complex and variable forms of furniture in variable configurations.
