Fentress Architects has taken home three prestigious design awards and Colorado Architect of the Year. One of the awarded projects is the Mineta San Jose International Airport Terminal B.  The terminal serves as the chief transit hub for Silicon Valley. It has an elongated form, a curved, perforated steel and glass façade which is inspired by the shape of a deconstructed coaxial cable.

The floors are custom designed in terrazzo and casework creates a visual experience that give passengers subtle wayfinding clues.
