Villa at Bahía de Banderas

On a cliff overlooking Bahía de Banderas, Mexico, Elíasrizo Arquitectos has created Casa Almare. Two driving motifs of the project were the verticality of the site and its direct contact with the ocean. A patio open up all top floors, and becomes a buffer between the house and the cliff. Next to the pool a bridge leads out towards the ocean, to create a place of lookout.
